It's a long, unmarked road.
And you're trying to walk it while working.

You're researching whether to sit OET or IELTS first. You're trying to figure out which CBT materials are worth the money. You're calculating costs in shillings and pounds. You're trying to even decide which country to aim for in the first place. You're studying. You're applying. You're working night shifts. And nobody has told you what order any of this is supposed to happen in.

You're not stuck because you don't have enough information. You're stuck because nobody's organised it.

Twenty acronyms. Five destinations. One playbook.

Every exam, every form, every shortcut, every pitfall — laid out in the order you actually need them.

NMC Registration Checklist · 2 of 8

Every board has your name on it.
Eventually.

The Cardex is the part between here and the gate — mapped, in order, with nothing skipped.

The right next step.
Always.

Test-taking strategy that actually works.

OET or IELTS? CBT before you have a job offer, or after? When to book the OSCE so your visa timing lines up? A hundred small decisions sit between you and a PIN — order, materials, timing, which signals to act on. Most nurses learn the right answers slowly, by getting some of them wrong. We've already learned them. It's all in here.

It's all in here.

Nine months instead of three years.

Most Kenyan nurses take two to three years to make this crossing. The ones who do it in nine months aren't smarter — they just know which moves to make at the same time, and which to wait on. The whole sequence is mapped: NMC, exam, sponsor, visa, OSCE, flight. You just follow it.

You just follow it.

The money pitfalls nobody warns you about.

A lot of money quietly leaks out of this process — the wrong prep materials, a re-sat exam, an agency charging for things that are free, fees paid in the wrong order. We know exactly where, and exactly how to avoid it. None of it has to happen to you.

None of it has to happen to you.

The senior colleague you don't have.

I made this crossing myself. I made the wrong calls and the right ones, learned the system the slow way — through forms, fees, missteps and a lot of night shifts — and then wrote down everything I wish someone had told me at the start. What you'd get from hunting down a senior is one person's story, in fragments, when they have time to reply. What you get here is the whole story — organised, current, and ready to follow tonight.

Optional 1:1 coaching available inside the portal.

Answered directly.

Is KES 3,500 worth it?
Yes. The smallest mistake we help you avoid — a single failed exam attempt, a mis-timed application, one bad agency contract — costs more than the Cardex several times over. The biggest mistake we help you avoid is taking two or three years to do something that should take nine months.
How is this different from a recruitment agency?
Agencies place you in a job. The Cardex helps you decide which destination, which agency, and which contract — and how to spot the bad ones. Use the Cardex first, then walk into an agency knowing exactly what to ask.
I haven't taken OET or IELTS yet — is this useful?
Especially. The earlier you start with the right strategy, the more time and money you save. The order of operations matters more than most people realise — starting in the wrong place quietly wastes months.
I've already passed CBT — is this still useful?
Yes. OSCE prep, finding a sponsoring employer, and the visa are where most nurses stumble. Everything after CBT is what the Cardex covers in the most depth.
Can I really pay with M-Pesa?
Yes — an STK push to your phone, enter your PIN, and you're inside the portal in about 30 seconds. KES only, no cards needed.
What happens after twelve months?
You can renew at a returning-user discount, or not. Whatever progress you've made on your timeline and checklists stays saved either way.
Is this a course?
No. No video lessons, no live sessions, no schedule. It's a decoded playbook you read on your own time, plus checklists and tools you use as you go. Optional 1:1 coaching is available inside the portal if you want it.
Which destination should I pick?
Chapter 1 walks through it — different pay, different visa difficulty, different family rules. The UK is fastest if you have a partner. Australia pays best long-term. The UAE is the quickest crossing if speed matters most.

You're going.

Stop researching. Start moving.
