Is KES 3,500 worth it?
One wrong agency or a single mis-ordered exam costs more than KES 3,500 and months of prep. The Cardex pays itself back the first time you avoid a single mistake — which almost always happens in week one.
What happens after 12 months?
Renewal is KES 2,100 — a 40% discount for returning users. Most nurses are already working their first ward abroad by then; renewal covers the long-tail steps (ILR, family visas, conversions to permanent roles, NMC revalidation cycles).
How is this different from agencies like NHS Professionals or Health Force?
Recruitment agencies place you in jobs. Cardex helps you decide:
- which destination matches your goals (pay, family, speed),
- which agency is worth signing with — and which to avoid,
- which contract clauses are red flags,
- what a fair COS, salary, and accommodation package looks like.
Use Cardex first. Then go to the agency armed with what to ask.
I haven't started OET / IELTS yet — useful?
Especially. The order of operations is the single biggest source of wasted months. Starting OET before you've confirmed your target destination accepts it = wasted. Cardex tells you what to do first, second, third.
I've already passed CBT — useful?
Yes. CBT is the easy part. OSCE prep, employer search, sponsorship, and visa are where most nurses stumble. Those are the longest sections of the playbook.
I'm not a UK candidate — Australia / Canada / US / UAE — is this for me?
Yes. Cardex covers all five destinations. UK content is most complete in v1; Australia, Canada, US, and UAE roll out next. Pricing is the same — every destination is included.
Refunds?
7-day no-questions refund. Email support and you get your KES 3,500 back, no friction. After 7 days, refunds are case-by-case — but rarely needed.
Is this a course?
No video lessons, no live sessions, no cohort. Cardex is text + checklists + tools — the things that actually save time. Optional 1:1 coaching (KES 5,000 / 60 minutes) is available inside the portal if you want a single deep session for CV review, contract checking, or interview prep.
Which destination should I pick?
Chapter 1 walks through the trade-offs. Pay, visa difficulty, family rules, time-to-first-shift. UK is fastest if you have a partner. Australia pays best long-term. UAE is the fastest crossing if speed is your priority. The chapter ends with a decision tree.
How do I pay?
M-Pesa STK push. Click the CTA, enter your phone number, get a prompt on your phone, enter your M-Pesa PIN. Confirmation lands by SMS and email. KES only — no cards, no PayPal.
What if I lose access? Do you keep my progress?
Yes. Your progress (checklists, timeline, bookmarks) is tied to your email account, not the device. Sign in from any phone or laptop. If your subscription expires you keep read-only access to your own progress for 30 days.
Can my friend share my login?
One account = one nurse. We don't aggressively enforce this, but the timeline and progress tracker are personal — sharing dilutes both. Tell your friend; she'll thank you when she has her own playbook.
